Specifications
EasyEXPERT Software
EasyEXPERT Software
Operation mode
Application test mode
Realizes application oriented point-and-click test setup and execution. You can
select a test definition from library by device type and measurement item, and
execute the test after changing setup parameter values as needed. Also see
“Application library”.
Classic test mode
Realizes function oriented test setup and execution with the same look, feel, and
terminology of Agilent 4155/4156 user interface. In addition, it improves the
user interface by taking full advantage of EasyEXPERT’s GUI features.
Tracer test mode (Curve tracer mode)
Realizes intuitive and interactive sweep control by using a rotary knob, similar
to a curve tracer. Just like an analog curve tracer, you can sweep in only one
direction (useful for R&D device analysis) or in both positive and negative
directions (useful in failure analysis applications). Test setups can be saved, and
used in the classic test mode for further detailed measurement and analysis. Also
see
“Oscilloscope view”.
Quick test mode
A GUI-based quick test mode enables you to perform test sequencing without
programming. You can select, copy, rearrange, and cut-and-paste any test setups
with a few simple mouse clicks. Once you have selected and arranged your tests,
simply click on the measurement button to begin running an automated test
sequence.
Application library
Contains over 300 application test definitions conveniently organized by device
type, application, and technology. You can easily edit and customize the furnished
application tests to fit your specific needs.
The following table shows a part of tests included in the library. They are subject to
change without notice.
