Selector
Keysight 16440A (B1500A-A04) SMU/pulse generator selector switches either a
SMU or PGU to the associated output port. You can expand to four channels by
adding an additional selector. The PGU port on channel 1 provides a “PGU OPEN”
function, which can disconnect the PGU by opening a semiconductor relay.
Keysight B1500A and 16445A are required to use the selector.
The following specifications data is specified at 23 C ± 5 C (73 F ± 9 F) and
50 % relative humidity.
Channel configuration: 2 channels (CH 1 and CH 2). Can add the additional 2
channels (CH 3 and CH 4) by adding another selector (selector expander).
Voltage and current range
Selector Adapter
Keysight 16445A selector adapter is required to control and to supply DC power to
the selector.
Power requirement: 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz
Maximum volt-amps (VA): 20 VA
