If RH = RL = Rhp = Rlc and Chp = Clp, D errors

of 2-terminal and 4-terminal become the same

when Cx = Chp

This means that the 2-terminal connection is a

better choice when the DUT capacitance is

smaller than cable capacitance (Chp or Clc).
