Agilent Technologies has sales and service offices around the world to
provide complete support for your spectrum analyzer. To obtain
servicing information or to order replacement parts, contact the nearest
Agilent Technologies Sales and Service Office listed in Table 9-3 on
page 683.
In any correspondence or telephone conversations, refer to the
spectrum analyzer by its model number, full serial number, and
firmware date. With this information, the Agilent Technologies
representative can quickly determine whether your unit is still within
its warranty period and can provide accurate service information.
• If the spectrum analyzer is still under warranty or covered by a
Agilent Technologies maintenance contract, it is repaired based on
the terms of the warranty or maintenance contract (the warranty is
printed in the front of this manual).
• If the spectrum analyzer is no longer under warranty, Agilent
Technologies offers several maintenance plans to service your
spectrum analyzer. Call your Agilent Technologies sales and service
office for full details.
• If the spectrum analyzer is no longer under warranty or covered by a
Agilent Technologies maintenance contract, Agilent Technologies
will notify you of the cost of the repair after examining the unit.
