Syntax OUTPERRO?
Description Reads out the oldest error among errors stored in the error queue of the 4294A. The size of
the error queue is 10. (Query only)
Query response {numeric},{string}<newline><^END>
If no error is stored in the error queue, the read-out error number is 0 and the error message
is "No error."

points whose limit test result is FAIL. (Query only)

Where, NOP is the number of points.
If the oscillator level monitor function is set to off, the readouts are invalid.
